I've just been kicked out by their staff because I am carrying a trolley. She said the trolley will damage the floor. I suggest you put a notice at the entry, "Trolley not allowed" And they close before 9pm. I was there the other day, arrived at 8.50pm(see attached photo), the shop is already closed. So I ordered product on AliExpress. Shop owners shouldn't blame online stores, you pushed the business away.
The prices are mid. The location is convenient but I've noticed that customer service drastically changes based on how I dress. I recommend going to W cosmetics down the street instead.
Terrible Customer Service – Very Rude Staff Visited Fancy Life Cosmetics on the morning of 29/09 to look for a body lotion. While I was simply smelling the scent of the lotion I already use at home, a young Chinese staff member suddenly approached and rudely asked me: “What are you?
