I should have learned my lesson after the 1st horrible experience I had with buying my own wedding dress with your company when the owner shamed and was rude to me after telling me in a room full of people that I could not expect my dress to fit like a $15000 dress since that's not what I bought (granted all I wanted was the dress I DID BUY AT YOUR STORE to be fixed like I was assured it would) I didn't want people at my wedding to be able to see down my dress. Went to Fancy Frocks after having already purchased a dress elsewhere, but Kim was very helpful in my new search! I found a dress I love and Kim referred me to a great seamstress! Highly recommend this shop!
I was at Fancy Frocks today to look at wedding gowns and had a wonderful experience. I relocated from NYC and didn't know what to expect. They exceeded my expectations. I purchased the prettiest dress I will ever wear in my life on my very first visit. The staff there were wonderful. I can't wait to walk the the aisle in my Allure Couture from Fancy Frocks!! spent the day with my daughter with amazing staff..got our princess gown!
I went here today a little after 4:00. Kim was very helpful and very patient with me. Gave me great ideas to go along with what I had in mind. I wanted a red sash so the dresses I tried on she showed me how the sash would look with the dress. All around very sweet and helpful. :) I will truly recommend fancy frocks to anyone. :)
