Bad Experience and Bad Customer Service – I just recently ordered flowers at Fancy FLowers (order number 42626) for my wife for valentine and she did not get her flowers. I called the very next day, but their line was busy the whole day. Then i called the following day, it took me 1 hour to get an answer. I told the lady what happen and told her my wife didn't get her flowers. I paid 120 for them. She did not apologize or anything. Not what the other reviews say! – After reading glowing reviews online my boyfriend spent $180 on flowers for me at Fancy Flowers. They did not arrive and noone called to say they were unable to deliver. I tried calling several times the next day. After about 6 hrs of calling a lady picked the phone. She told me they have been getting alot of calls through that's why the phone was not answered earlier. She also advised that their system had a problem so my order was never processed.
