BUYERS BEWARE. FRAUDULENT BUSINESS OPERATION!!! – Travelling abroad, was looking for a flower arrangement for my wife for delivery to her office. Instead of standard roses, did a search on their website which looked legitimate and found a nice orchid arrangement priced at $166.60 including delivery for Valentine's day 2/14/12. On Valentine's Day! VERY DISAPPOINTED! BEWARE!! – Imagine waiting on a floral gift for Valentine's Day from your loved one that never arrives. Then imagine trying to contact the business to get information as to what happened and ask for your $218.00 refund but all phone numbers available you can't reach anyone! Just like the previous reviews, don't spend your money here! You will only be disappointed and really upset to have this business ruin your surprise!
Follow up to THIS PLACE SUCKS – Its the day after Valentines Day. No flowers ever showed up for my wife. I have not rceived a call with an apology or an offer to refund the $135.00. I have not received any response to the 2 emails I sent. Clearly this business doesn't care about its customers. Luckliy I was able to file a complaint with my Bank and they have refunded my and are opening an investigation.
