I went to see Dr. Mou for a toothache of weeks after seeing other dentists. I was with high expectations from seeing many positive reviews about her. First, as some google reviews commented, the office manager or front desk person really couldn't figure out the insurance right. Dr. Mou came in fully equipped, which I was happy about. But after hearing my narration of the symptom, she examined me only for a few seconds before reaching a conclusion that I needed a specialist-type treatment, which she could also do by herself. ... read more
