Dr. Mou was recommended to us by a friend about 2 years ago. Before that we had some unpleasant experience with a local dental office treating cavity of our boy, which amounts basically to mis-treatment. During the very first visit to Dr. Mou, she explained in detail what went wrong and proposed solution. We were very happy of the result, and all subsequent visit are pleasant, so that we keep coming back to Dr. Mou's office even though her two offices are 40 min to 1 hour away.
She's patient and willing to listen. Not too pushy with anything and letting you decide the next step in care.
Dr. Mou is very patient. The way she explains things to patients is very organized, clear. She gave us her best professional advice for my daughter when she was getting her braces. For my family, if we have any concerns, she is always very quick to respond. We are extremely happy with her services.
I came to Dr. Mou for my bi-annual dental cleaning/check-up. Upon arriving to her office, I was greeted by her assistant and seated promptly. Extremely professional and welcoming environment. She explained my treatment plan to me clearly, and by no means did I feel rushed. She was patient and understanding and I felt comfortable addressing my dental concerns with Dr. Mou.
