We bought the big-slab of St. Louis-Style Spareribs plus a side order of "famous fries" and Wilbur beans. The spareribs were delicious, and the fries were pretty good, but the Wilbur beans were not as good as traditional baked beans. Maybe we were just unlucky on that one occasion, but the Wilbur beans were watery, and they had so VERY little flavor compared to traditional baked beans.
