Worst visit to any Famous Dave’s location ever! Waited 30 minutes for our food and then only received 3 out of 4 of the meals ordered. They never looked for the last meal. Had to go find someone and they were completely clueless. Talked to the manager and was told that they were slammed and short staffed. Wasn’t terribly apologetic. Got my money back for my meal and will never go there again. It was pathetically bad.
Not sure if it was an odd evening but the service was off. One order came out much much earlier than the others. One entree wasn’t hot. The staff were all nice. The place clean. I will give it another chance.
Ribs, mashed potatoes and sweet tea, three of my favorite things done very well!
Fantastic value - Excellent food - minimal service - most locations you won't factor in a tip but you can leave tips if you feel so moved by great Bar-B-Que -Guaranteed you'll have a smile on your face & maybe some sauce too !

Meat was dry, thus overcooked and tasteless. It was 7:15 pm and they were out of babyback ribs. Staff were wonderful and the Pepsi machine worked. They have the best bread pudding, five star, and was the one redeeming quality concerning the food. $30 wasted.
Great food and great service! Was impressed also with their portion sizes.
The food was delicious and hot and service was friendly and kind.
Visiting from Florida was really thinking would be disappointed as I have been in other areas of the north but was awesome both brisket and the rib tips would recommend to all.
