RecommendedI come here to eat everytime I'm in reno! Ashley is am amazing server and person! If there is am award for customer service she wins hands down! Food is always delicious and made to how you want it! As I was taught when I was a server by my aunt... the customer is paying for it... make it to how they want to eat it!

Ribs were chewy very pink. Not like usual. Usually they are really good and you don’t have to fight to take meat off the bone. Very disappointed this time.

placed an order with Famous Daves and went to pick it up. When I got there I was told there registers were down so the waitress stated they could take my card info and insured me they will tear up the hand written info..So I gave my card info and left..when every I give info without a receipt I set a spending limit on my c ard and sure enough the waitress add a 20% tip without my permission and I had already left a tip at the counter...I don't think they can legally do this..It's call Deception Practice it makes me wonder ho... read more
