Was expecting sliced brisket on the sandwich we got and it was chopped. Our problem was the revolving door stopped moving when my husband was walking through and he ran into it and broke a front tooth off. Only cost $2,000 to fix it, so not a real good stop. The waitress was very sweet.
Had a wonderful lunch yesterday in Springfield. First time at this location. Our server, Amber, was awesome. The ribs had so much meat on them, I had to bring some home. Delicious overall. Cudos to Amber.
Food was wonderful. Service was amazing and the manager found my favorite tshirt!

We went at a time it wasn't busy. Had salmon dip which had been off the menu now back. That was a good move to bring it back. I had ribs which were delicious and the corn on the cob was sweet & juicy. The cornbread was delicious too. We had a good waitress Famous Grace or Gloria was her name I can't remember. Had a pleasant experience there and I will be back.
First time eating there for me and it was great! Waitress was sweet and did a great job. Food was good too! We will be back!

I very seldom do online reviews but we had such a great experience here that I wanted to recognize it. Our server was Kaitlynn and she was wonderful. She had knowledge of menu items, was genuinely friendly, very fast, and absolutely everything about our order was accurate. All the staff from the hostess to other servers and manager were very helpful and polite. Honestly, I'm not used to having such good service, food, and atmosphere as we had here.
