Since my one star review on Allegheny Link got so many views, I decided to do the same with this horrible place. So in February I had a mix up with my check and of course Allegheny link saying that all their shelters were filled and me and my autistic son had to stay in the streets. I've never seen such a horror story. Update: THEY KEEP SENDING ME THE BILL!!!! I HAVE PHONE ANXIETY!!!!!!!! I will NOT be calling ANYONE at your facility EVER again!!!! You may look me up and find that you have ONE patient by my name, and you may CANCEL that bill. Email me if you need to, we’ve done it before! It’s what I tried to do in the first place! My doctor is great and I absolutely recommend Dr. Lutka! The problem is the non-clinical staff. Their billing dept calls me daily because of THEIR mistake of not giving me the paperwork (you will find they’re obsessed with their physical papers like we’re in 1972) giving them the ok to run my card, but I have tried to pay them each time I get a bill and I really wish they would leave me the hell alone over, again THEIR mistake. Now the big problem I’m currently having, the secretary hates her life and will give you an attitu... read more
