I’m finally working with a DR thats cares about my overall being. Finding the right medications for me is her priority and I feel safe. Every time the front staff calls about appointments the are very sweet and patient. When I go in person they are just the same. I thank you all there and know you’re appreciated

These people clearly hate their lives and make certain that you know it. At the front counter you will not see any smiles nor will you be greeted. They quite literally just stare at you when you walk in. I've come here only a few times now and the staff is just horrible and very consistent at being horrible. It's ironic that there is such an uncaring and self-centered staff at a mental health office. It's like they forgot what they even do. It takes them 5 minutes to answer the phone and when they do answer it’s not even for the counseling center so you have to sit on hold for another 5 minutes while they transfer you. They need to update their phone number and hours of operation
