The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. The equipment they used during my adjustment seemed very current and safe. I was in car accident and had a great deal of pain in my back and neck. Dr. Boyd was very considerate of me and the pain I was in. He gave me exercises to do at home and work to quicken my recovery and ease my discomfort. My pain was greatly reduced. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Did this chiropractor answer all of your questions? Some were answered Did you experience excessive stiffness after visiting this chiropractor? No Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always Were this chiropractor's adjustments gentle? They were somewhat gentle, but I wasn't impressed

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Did this chiropractor pay attention to your problem area? Yes, but not as much as I would have liked

Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes
