They have a phone system you can’t leave messages on, when it does happen to work, they will not call you back, a patient portal that doesn’t work, and an incredibly rude receptionist who will hang up on you when calling (if you can even get them on the phone). Well, here I am posting again. Prescription was set to refill on the 7th which happened to be a Friday. Call Friday, “Sure will get that in for you”. Wait over the weekend, call again Monday because thats the drill here, you cannot expect them to remember. “Sure I’ll put in the reminder for the doc”. Call again on Monday, its now 4 pm with no movement. Nothing happens, call Tuesday, “sure we’ll get that put in for you”. Call again Tuesday at 4pm because Walmart has confirmed they received nothing. Its gonna be Wednesday now ... read more
