Dr. Grey has been amazing for me. We communicate well on what's best and what's not on medication and or situations that contribute to my mental health. I have been in treatment with Family Wellness for 3 years, and would highly recommend Dr. Grey for adults.
I came here for help and was turned away. Dr grey was very rude and unprofessional. I came here for help and was greatly disappointed.
Dr Grey failed us the other day. His arrogant tone and disrespect was horrible. This behavior was not expected from a mental health provider. My family member was in crisis and you made this worse. After waiting 6 weeks on a waiting list, my wife was informed (even though she had ZERO contact with this office and all contact was through me) that the doctor just couldn't show up for our appointment. She was NEVER offered a replacement and told she would be contacted about it. Waited long enough to be contacted before calling back only to be told that, even though its 100% Family Wellmess problem, we the patients would pay for that mistake with ANOTHER 10 WEEK DELAY in scheduling. Everyone here is great and always kind. Very helpful.
After calling FWA's office for 4 days straight and NEVER getting a real human being I gave up. My son deserves to receive his therapy at an office where he matters, not being pushed aside & leaving a recorded message saying hang up and call 911 if it's a real emergency.
They made me and my son feel at home and they made him feel like they actually cared.
