I am here 3 days a week. People are very friendly. We are our own little family.
Great gym, great instructors, lots of options. Love the daycare center, my kids love it!
You have to pay 3 months in advance. The pools are busy busy winter months, kids everywhere. I would of rather paid as i went in.. Day pass. But havent been back since feb 2015. The warmer pool isnt always a available or open and its the reason i joined, fibro.. And no acess to it
Awesome work-out! I tweeked mine a bit, due to bad knees due to too many years of doing high-impact aerobics, running on pavement, etc. Instead, I did 6 rounds of the following in 21mins and 22 seconds: 20 wall squats; 20 push-ups on my knees but placing my hands on hand weights while doing push-ups; 500 meters on rowing machine. Again, 6 rounds total in 21mins and 22 seconds! Love it! What other challenge do you have up your sleeve? I'm waiting :) #BringYour"A"GamePeople
