LOVE "My Gym", A Member since 2009. Always THE BEST Customer Service and Always Friendly Staff. Now with All the new Changes and New Equipment, it went from the "Best Gym" To the "Finest Gym".
I have met so people in the steam room that got their memberships only for the steam room because it helps with their allergies. I think it's now been either 9 or 10 days since it's broke and I find it really hard to believe that you can't get a part any quicker than that! There is a thing called "expediting" which would help keep your customers happy! Extremely disappointing that this matter hasn't been resolved.
