get better staff. actually care for the children that are going through these traumatizing times. claimed to be a non profit organization but only every got a call for money. never about the many horrible things that happened to my child. groped pictured and forced to sit in a room crying. What did the staff do when his mother PINCHED and PHOTOGRAPHED his genitalia the staff did Absolutely nothing. very pathetic.
I sat there while my friend called to ask a simple question about giving one of their customers a letter. The lady, Connie, was extremely rude. Her telephone manner was terrible. If you can't just say yes or no to a simple question maybe you shouldn't be working with families, especially if the question was can I drop off a letter for such and such.
