I have been a long time patient of Dr Aust &Dr Shaver 33 Plus years.I am very comfortable with all members of this practice and feel the care I receive best suits my dental needs.I trust all recommendations that are presented to me for my dental care.I just received my dental cleaning from Kelly and she was very thorough with my cleaning and explaining what needs to be taken care of in the future.If you want great dental care I would Recommend this office.
I had best experience this am at Gentle Family Dental Care! I usually dread going to the dentist in the past when I went somewhere else so I decided to try Dr Shaver today at Gentle Faniky Dental- the office is professional and clean. The assistants are super sweet and helpful. Dr Shaver is excellent and explained everything as he went. I got a root canal, crown and cavities filled. I felt zero pain!! Normal day and all of a sudden I feel a loose piece of tooth in my mouth. Went straight to Gentle Family and said they were going to close in a little while,but they got me right in and checked it out. Unfortunately I'll have to have extractions, but from past experience I know they'll be very professional and answer all my questions. I've always had a good relationship with everyone there.
Love all of the staff at Dr. Aust’s practice. I’ve never had a bad visit there and that says a lot because I️ used to hate and fear the dentist.
I have always had a good experience at your office! That is why I drive about an hour and a half one way for my appointments. Great and caring people!!
I love how Kelly remembers me even though she sees so many people between my appointments she remembers me and that I have 2 old cats and asks about them every time. She is so sweet and caring. The gal at the front desk (wish I could remember her name) same way - she says Hi Kathy before I ever have a chance to say I have an appointment at whatever time, so I don't even try anymore. I am a 'big scaredy cat' about the dentist. Yommmur staff made me calm as I could be, my nervous med helped with the rest. I loved Amanda's humor, as wicked as mine!!!! I had a wonderful experience at the Gentle dentist. I am horribly afraid of going to the dentist but this was a good time. I felt relaxed. I have to have some work done and all the details were explained with my options. I will be back soon to see Amanda and Dr. Vera. Thanks for being so wonderful!
