I so appreciate this office and the entire staff. I needed to be seen for an emergency visit and was able to get in the same day. They treat you like family and I've been coming to this office for several years and have received excellent care. Thank you all for everything you do!
I enjoy the very friendly and caring folks at Gentle Dentist, they make me feel welcomed and like a member of a very special "family". This dentist office is just amazing! My husband's whole family have gone here for years. After we got married I decided to switch to this place. It was a great decision! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. They can get you in pretty quickly and you never wait in the lobby for long periods of time. They know who you are when you walk in the door and really try to get to know you.
Partial looks good. Yesterday it broke in Hal and I had to re glue it. I can't wait to have permanent replacement teeth on stud inserts. Thank you--- The work you provided was magical.

I am the biggest dentisphobe in the city of Columbus. Dr. Aust and Marie cared for me and I was without pain despite complicated procedure and I am smiling today
Love this place. Excellent environment and service. Family oriented. All patients are like family. Great doctors who actually care. You can't go wrong with this dentist office.
I will be with this practice until my teeth fall out or Dr Aust retires! Not sure which will happen first, but so far so good!
