Wonderful experience and great service!
The people I interacted with during my visit this past week were very professional and caring. I usually do not have any dental work completed without a sedation pill; however, I chose to only have 'laughing gas' this time. My hygienist and dentist were aware and sensitive to my needs and made me feel very comfortable during my treatments. Thank you!
First of all I am terrified of dentists. I walked in and the staff were very friendly and eased my nerves. Everyone was so kind to me.
Always a good experience. I love the staff and the Drs. Friendly courteous and informative. They always take care of their patients with the best care and utmost respect.
As always, great service from a friendly staff. I couldn't ask more for dental care. And I am a fan of their Insurance option.
As always, Dr. Aust and his team are taking care of you. I wasn't feeling well this last visit and they did everything they could to get me in and out so I could go home to take care of myself. They are always friendly, caring and the most efficient people I have met in the dental community. I can not stress enough that you will never go wrong by working with this team. Is it wrong to look forward to going to the dentist? I think not, you should find out for yourself.
I have been a patient of Dr. Aust for about 15-18 years. After I retired 3 1/2 years ago, my insurance changed. Therefore, I had to make a decision to stay with Dr. Aust or find another Dentist that was a part of the network with my insurance. As you can see, I am still here. Honestly, presently, I am not willing to give up the service, honesty, compassion, pampering and the overall kindness that I receive from him and the entire staff. I would rate them as “10”!!!
On Saturday November 10, 2018 I needed to have work on a tooth that had been filled by a different dentist who was unable to make contact with. I was in really bad pain, could not breathe without pain, or take my daily meds with out pain. started calling places at 9 am Saturday morning and most every one I called was closed. At first I was skeptical about going to the dentist. then I took the first step after some persuasion from my granddaughter. And then I met Kathryn, a very nice lady.She made the experience GREAT.She has a beautiful smile, beautiful teeth, very pleasant, sweet,talk me thur the process, I just can"t say enough.And I thank her.
