I've been going to Gentle Family Dental Care in Columbus for a couple years. Yesterday I went for a crown prep. Everything went perfectly. No pain throughout. I even got a call last evening from my dentist asking how I was doing. I told him, "Great, can't even tell I had any dental work today!" I am very impressed that Dr. Aust takes his own personal time to check up on patients. I have always been impressed by the kind and friendly staff who go out of their way to make everyone feel comfortable and welcomed.
I have been a patient here for a number of years. Every one of my experiences have been great even when not so great things were happening. It seems cliche to say that they treat you like family but they really do. I am in a wheelchair and they do everything that they can to make me feel at ease and comfortable. I will never leave! They are the best group of people that anyone could ask for.
