Love this office! A perfect combination of state of the art technology mixed with warm patient services.
i love family vision care. the exam is always thorough, looking out for all the eye can tell you about your health. there was a point i wasn’t sure i was going to be able to wear contacts anymore, and dr. dunn worked to find the right lens and fit. i’ll be forever grateful for that. he has a great doctor/patient manner and the staff that helped me was great. i will definitely continue to have my eyes checked there and recommend them all the time.
We fought so hard to get to keep you and advocated with our company to keep you as our doctors when our insurance change we wish you were as willing to do the same for us and follow the SIMPLE steps provided by our insurance when they allowed us to go out of network. After 16+ years as a family of 5 patients we were so diappointed in our treatment as long time patients and lack of follow through when we asked for phone calls to be returned. It was so disappointing.
