While family video may offer some of the most friendly and informative service, the quality of the discs they provide is not so great. The staff is very knowledgable of the films provided in the store. They are also very informative on costs and rental limits. Registrations is speedy and the selection of films are pretty decent. Free kids movies are a bonus and I almost never pay over 5 dollars for more than 5 rentals.
