First time, in and out fairly quickly. It didn't even matter about the quickness though. The amount of caring here is phenomenal. Diagnosed me with something that MRH missed completely, and I thank you guys.
My mother had to take my little one in for me as I was at work and his usual pediatrician was booked, and I'm very pleased with the care given. They were quick, polite and professional. Called me to make sure it was ok for my mother to have him treated and asked if I would like a follow up call letting me know what was diagnosed or if she could just tell me, and called the following day to make sure he was doing ok and asked if I had any questions or concerns. Kind, compassionate and on point. 0 wait, and everyone was very friendly. I cant recommend this facility enough!!!!!
We went in with all 3 kids, we were in and out very quickly, with perscriptions. I will be using them again instead of other walk in options.
Excellent staff. I felt like a person, not a number. I knew I had strep (red throat, white dots), The physician (Ben) looks at my throat, tells me, "No swab needed, definitely strep". EVERY other office would have done the test, and charged me. I will definitely be back if I need urgent care again. Friendly, courteous and FAST ! Thankful to have a quality place in Bellefontaine, for urgent care when my family physician isn't available.

My whole family is sick, got us all in a treated us and on our way to recovery. All were very nice and knowledgeable, very clean also, if anything else comes our way I won't hesitate to comeback. Thank you! �
My experience couldn't have been better! I was in and out with treatment and prescription in under 30 minutes on a Sunday afternoon! Everyone was kind, knowledgeable and helpful, and the facility is super clean and well organized. Thanks for the great care!
