Ian did a great job explaining what he could do to evaluate our roof by not only verbally explaining the evaluation but also by showing us pictures. Ian was very professional, but even more importantly he was extremely polite and kind. Ian was patient and thorough which in this day and age was very refreshing.
I highly recommend Family Tree Roofing. Nick came out to inspect my roof (it was installed in 2005) because with the recent winds I thought I had a shingle come off and upon inspection he informed me it was NOT part of my roof (thank goodness) but he said even though my roof is old he didn’t see any reason to replace it. Oh and he did get on my roof and hammer something back down just don’t remember what it was called. Superb service for chimney inspections! The expert was highly informed and dedicated time to clarify all aspects thoroughly. They identified problems I would have overlooked and provided truthful suggestions without insisting on extraneous repairs. I feel significantly more secure knowing my chimney is well-maintained.
