Godslove is an amazing manager. I have lived here since 2018 and she is by far the beat manager we have had. We have had amazing resident coordinators as well. She goes out of her way to help tenants with any and everything that doesn't have to do with rents or work orders. She has such a great heart and is a really good human. I believe she deserves a raise and a promotion. She is always so calm and that everyone with such politeness regardless of what the situation is.

They have roaches now. What would help if they treat the whole section at one time. That would help get rid of them. Maintenance is good. But reaching them can be difficult. Walls are thin hear everything. Vent are poor. When or if neighbors smoke or cook it is as if you are smoking or cooking. Hard to reach Manager when calling. Office stays closed a lot. Lot of kids, somewhat unruly. Entry ways need pressure washing (dirty). Rents are reasonable. Although rents just increased.
