run from this place. they literally smiled in my face and congratulated me multiple times on my brand new car, had me sign the contract, let me take it home after it got washed and detailed just to tell me the next day that my financing didn't get approved and they wanted the car back lmao. shady shady business. how do you let some leave with a NEW CAR before the deal is done? ive never in my life experienced this and personally I think it's Bull! DO NOT SHOP FOR A CAR HERE!

When I walked in, right away I felt very comfortable, especially as a first time buyer. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I didn't feel pressured and I would definitely recommend this dealership to another car buyer. This was a positive experience! Not all dealerships are bad like I was told. I'm glad I found a good one.

1. I just bought a RAV4 today, and I only got one key. All I am requesting for s a copy the key. 2. The finance rep (tall - cannot remember his name) - was pushing finance papers my way without giving me a chance to review what I was signing.
