This was my second time to buy a car with Family Toyota of Arlington. I worked with Brandon both times, and he made sure the process was quick and easy! I was in the dealership no longer than an hour each time. I will definitely be back in the future when it’s time for another car!
very hard to work with. It was like pulling teeth to get #s on a truck to compare to other dealerships. when i explained that to the sales manager, he was very arrogant and made a few comments that made me forget about ever buying a vehicle from this dealership.. how could family toyota improve?? learn a thing or 2 about customer service
Wendy is now my favorite sale person. She help me when other dealership couldn’t. She’s very nice and very helpful. She explained every details for me to understand. She got me a nice 2018 Toyota Camry! I’m so happy with my new car 😊

We were there around 11am and we were able to finish the check up around 12noon .I had a bad experience from other Toyota branches where in we waited almost 8 hrs before our car was noticed .
