RecommendedGreat service an quick and speedy get away with a new truck. Paul Ward was excellent an if you don’t wanna sit at a car lot all day trying to haggle then he is your go to guy! I said I wanted a truck and he made sure I looked at trucks only an never once mentioned “I can get you in this (insert vehicle you have no interest in)” like other dealers have and will do.
Here at Family Toyota in Arlington, Texas. Paul Ward (Internet Relationship Manager) was awesome to work with. Very low pressure and giving me my options. When I first inquired online, he emailed me first before blowing up my phone like many others do. Very appreciative of how he handled everything and sticking a deal on a new Tacoma TRD pro.
