I traveled from Houston to Arlington for a roller coaster event at Six Flags Over Texas on 9/14/19. At 3 pm, in the Six Flags parking lot, I started my car, my dash lit up like Christmas and my steering wheel became too hard to turn. I made it to Family Toyota and as I explained what happened to the service tech, my car died (and my car has never had anything major happen to it since 2012). It’s the worst service I’ve ever deal with. They sold me a car as it’s certified but it wasn’t. The tires were bubbled and the struts were messed up they promised they would fix it but they never did. Yesterday I went to them because I had battery charging system is messed up and they didn’t help. I regret buying my car from them. Sorry I felt I had to say this.
