Terrible service. I called about a cracking tire I had with less then 10,000 miles after my wife went in and eric and rich told her all her tires were bad. This was not true. Took it to discount tires and they confirmed that only the one was bad. Speaking with these employee's I realized how terrible the customer service was. They were sarcastic and very rude about the problem telling me "wow you sound like a professional". This has been a company that I have used before and was always above expectations.
