Terrible service. I called about a cracking tire I had with less then 10,000 miles after my wife went in and eric and rich told her all her tires were bad. This was not true. Took it to discount tires and they confirmed that only the one was bad. Speaking with these employee's I realized how terrible the customer service was. I have gone to Family Tire for tires, batteries, brakes, etc. etc. and every time, they have treated me with respect and given me A+ service! This is the garage that I trust to tell me what my car actually needs, and give me a fair price quote. Do not hesitate to take your car to Family Tire for anything it may need.
