I had such a positive experience at this imaging center! From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was incredibly kind and accommodating, and I was helped right away. There was no waiting, which was such a relief. The MRI technician was equally wonderful, he was patient, caring, and even had a great sense of humor, which helped ease any nerves I had. Their website says they accept PPO's, only to find out they don't
Receptionist were extremely sweet, even offered water to another patient. Radiologist was an uncomfortable experience to say the least. Wasn't clear on instructing when preforming the exam which he then took out his frustration. Was not patient and rushed me to hurry up the appointment (He opened the door and left it open when I repeatedly had to tell him I'm not ready in putting my gowned on for the exam. It was an easy and quick process to get my chest xray done. From arriving to finish, it takes only about 20minutes. Very pleasant experience.
After a long awaited appointment, I finally went in for a brain scan only to find out there machine was broke.
