There is no way Rosa is actually qualified to be a therapist. This woman is rude, she does NOT listen to anything her patients have to say she wants things to go her way and that’s that. I am disgusted with the “care” she’s attempted to give my family member. She then dropped her as a client after one session that she expressed she wasn’t comfortable talking to her. Every time I’ve called reception during the day, someone answers and has called me back within two hours. I’ve been seeing Dr. Wes Crenshaw for couples counseling and for personal counseling on and off since I was 19. My 13 year-old daughter is currently seeing Greta. The service is there do a great mix of helping me with my medication, but also my general therapy. The owner of the business is incredibly rude and snappy over email. It was such a surreal experience trying to advocate for myself over the past six months. I requested a new therapist, and they told me to wait until the person who does the psych evals to come back. That was four months ago. They've made no attempt to reach me by call, text or email, until I followed up with them. If you are in a crisis, trying to better your life in any significant way, DO NOT waste your time with these people.

They ghosted me after I got my diagnosis. Called multiple times and got sent to voicemail. Sent an email to Crenshaw and he didn’t reply. Stephanie morroowe- the physiologist I saw- wasn’t really interested in helping me. Shame…
