The owner of the business is incredibly rude and snappy over email. It was such a surreal experience trying to advocate for myself over the past six months. I requested a new therapist, and they told me to wait until the person who does the psych evals to come back. That was four months ago. They've made no attempt to reach me by call, text or email, until I followed up with them. If you are in a crisis, trying to better your life in any significant way, DO NOT waste your time with these people.

They ghosted me after I got my diagnosis. Called multiple times and got sent to voicemail. Sent an email to Crenshaw and he didn’t reply. Stephanie morroowe- the physiologist I saw- wasn’t really interested in helping me. Shame…

My son has seen Susan Chase since he was 6 years old. He's 9 now. Susan is so genuine, warm, and easy to talk to. She seems to have a sense that when seeing a child patient, she really gets 2 patients, because she is very good at reassuring and comforting me as well. Our son trusts her and is always glad to be going to see her. We are very grateful for her knowledge and kindness in treating our son.
