This practice has a very laid back and approachable feel. The set up of the office made me feel more relaxed, because it didn't feel like a hospital/formal dr. office--which was really helpful to bring down any anxiety about "white coat syndrome." She and her staff talked to me more like friends/family would than I would have expected, and again, it was really helpful. Dr. Mays listened and had really great insight. Worst psychiatrist i have ever had. She has only made my problems worse! Won't refill my medication knowingly allowing me to have severe SEVERE panic attacks. She doesn't even pretend to care lol she's is the worst. Don't waste your time and money at this pathetic excuse of a mental health facility!!!! Shes made me a nervous wreck trying to jump through flaming hoops for her just to prescribe my meds I've been on for years!
Wonderful staff and really cares about you as a whole. 10/10!
