My neices and nephew go here and I hope that changes soon. I really don't appreciate the staff that did her vitals making fat jokes toward a 12 year old or the doctor choosing, without permission, to unnecessarily have a sex talk with her. Then, to not even receive medication for the problem she came in there with.
Had a great experience up until my significant other got swapped to doctor bybee. He is a type one diabetic and every time it comes to getting his supplies for his pump doctor bybee will take WEEKS just to sign the paper and fax it back over. Every single time this happens. I have called up 4 times this time trying to get this faxed because he's back on the shots because he is out of his supplies. Each time I am told that they are sorry and it's about to be sent. He has private insurance, he shouldn't be treated like this!! ... read more
You don't tell a patient one thing then change it up. Really feel like I have been lied to. You want to keep me on Fentyl patches & refer me to pain management for OxyContin..... I declined .... Dr. Sonnier, good luck wherever you go...hope you treat your other pts with more compassion..,
They definitely over schedule so they can make more money. I sat in the lobby for an hour and was actually with the doctor for a total of 10 minutes. Dr. Sonnier tells me my daughter has walking pneumonia and tells me he will send in her prescription, he tells us to check out. That was almost 2 hours ago and the pharmacy STILL has not received her prescription.
