I've never been one to go to the dr very often witch I think should be a good thing. Right? But I've always considered dr Cooper a great PCP and my DR. But today I called to make an appointment and since I have not seen him since 2011 they said No. They wouldn't make me an appointment at all! Just surprising is all. I've been a patient for 10+ years and no complaints. Have been sick for almost a week when I finally decided to call Monday to get an appointment since I couldn't get rid of a severe cough that kept me up every night. Was able to get an appointment that night with Dr. Smith & he was such a great help. I was in and out within no time (about 20mins). Love Family Practice!
Been with Family Practice with Dr Fazio as my Primary Doctor. Also have seen many of the other Doctors and PA and NP and always have had excellent care for myself and Husband. Thank you all!

The few times I call to be seen because of a legitimate illness, I never can get an appointment, its well can you come in 2 days from now, No I'm sick today why would I want to wait. Maybe if people would stop going to the Dr like a rotating door for a hang nail those who need to be seen could!!! Thank you 5 star you are my savior, in and out in 20 min.
