I give you 5 stars as your service is excellent and the entire staff is great.
I had a dental cleaning, but I don't think she polished my teeth. Whatever she put on my teeth, left my teeth rough feeling and an awful taste in my mouth. I guess as an 18 year old, I wanted a little bit more explanation as to what she was doing step by step. I was never told if I should rinse my mouth in 1/2 an hour or an hour? No explanation was given. other than that the rest of the visit was great. As always, a nice staff and timeliness was quick.
Everyone is very professional. They don't make me feel rushed and answer any questions I may have on any work needed to me done in detail. They make suggestions to my dental health, but do not pressure me and listen to my thoughts as well. I didn't wait long to get in ( glad of that as I only wait what I believe to be reasonable or I am gone}. Highly recommend Dr Kraisinger and his staff. Dr Stoner seems to be a very good recent addition to this practice as well.
Always a pleasant experience every time I visit you guys from dr to hygienist to staff. Keep up good work!
