Always professional, very clear on any procedure that needs done. Staff is knowledge when it comes to insurance questions. Never a surprise as to what is owed because billing information is done up front. Dr Kraisinger is meticulous in his work and I am sure his other colleagues there are the same or they wouldn't be there very long. I've known this practice over 20 years and highly recommend this dental practice.
