I'm not sure how he is with all of his patients, but he was cold and unempathetic with my elderly parents. He wanted to do most of the talking and when my Father tried to ask questions, Dr. Onsingco cut him off and was condescending with his responses. He didn't seem to have a lot of patience, maybe with just the elderly, and he didn't like having to repeat himself. I would think (or hope) when dealing with elderly people, he could have been a little more understanding! Looking for a new Doctor!
Dr. Ongsingco is very patient, he listens to what you are saying and is genuinely concerned with finding underlying causes, not just fixing symptoms.
I have never had a problem with Dr. Ongsingco. He is a great doctor and I would recommend him to my friends and family.
