I have been a patient since arriving here in 1998. Dr. Sanchez has "kept me alive." However, THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE TELEPHONE! This problem has arisen as of late. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? Fix it please! ����
Dr. Chung is very attentive and personable.. The wait is sometimes long but yu its expected when a doctor cares the way he does..
You don't want to waste your time by going this place. Never go this place for immigration physicals. They are so rude and unprofessional and you will be treated like an illegal migrant slave. One star is wasted on the rating. It's total of zilch.
I waited three weeks for an appointment. At my appointment I told them that I was new to the area and wanted to find a new doctor. The front desk staff told me I'd love the doctor but not love the wait time. They said the wait time was usually 2 or more hours. The building is old and all of the furnishings are old and run down. The front desk lady was hard of hearing and people yelled what was wrong with them to her. There were tacky signs everywhere saying they only don't do certain things on certain days. The best Doctors in the city. You don't have to wait long.
Dr Sanchez is very educated and has a long list of experience to draw upon for caring for his patients. That serves me and my family excellently. That also draws ALOT of other patients to the buisness, so yes they're a very busy office. I work in health care, so I understand that if I expect him to take time with me, I am willing to give the next person the same respect, and be patient while I wait.
