My appointment was at 9am, the bridge was up so I tried to call at 9:01, no answer. I arrived and signed in at 9:09. Around 9:35, I realized that nobody else in the waiting room had been called either, I went up and asked around what time I’d be getting called as I had to go to work at 12, I was advised to reschedule if I couldnt wait because it was likely going to take long. Mala experiencia y poca transparencia en la atención En mi caso, el trabajo realizado no me dejó satisfecho y la sensación general fue que la clínica no está bien administrada. Considero que en Miami hay muchas otras opciones más eficientes, con mejores instalaciones y tiempos de atención razonables. No la recomiendo ya que la mánager del lugar no es profesional y tiene una actitud que no debería trabajar con el público. Le recomiendo cuando paguen cash pidan un recibo.

My appointment was at 3 pm. I waited OVER AN HOUR to be seen. This is absolutely ridiculous. When I came for my cleaning a week ago, they finally saw me 45 minutes past my appointment time. There is a significant language barrier and made it incredibly difficult and frustrating to get a diagnosis. During my cleaning last week, the woman soaked my face with water because she dropped something while cleaning my teeth. This is the worst dental office I have ever been to. Muy mala atención fue el día de hoy viernes 05-30-2025 no saben dar información y me estafaron porque me hicieron pagar 400$ cuando solo eran 170$ lo que me habían dicho,la doctora me dice lo bueno q no tienes caries y luego me dice que tengo caries afuera todo mal no lo recomiendo para nada y me cobran por un trabajo q tardo 5minutos aparte te hacen esperar
