Extremely rude! I’ve been trying to book an appointment for an entire week. The woman on the phone kept saying there was an issue with my insurance. I called my insurance directly, and they confirmed there was nothing wrong and that this office does accept it. I called back to let her know, and she said she would check and call me back. Three days went by with no response. When I called again to book the appointment, she literally hung up on me after I told her who I was. Very unprofessional! Do not recommend.
Dr. Lake is one of the most caring and nicest doctors I've ever dealt with. I'm surprised I haven't written a review about her before. She is knowledgeable about medical problems and the remedies for them. I would highly recommend her. Dr. Lake is a consummate professional. She is caring and she will look out for your well being.

Called to find out if accepting new patients when asked about insurance and asking to send info before confirming the next availability to see doctor. I advised had bcbs and work for large corporations. But needed insurance info to get an appointment. I guess they don’t need new patients unless you have the right insurance.
