I called in a prescription fill to pharmacy. Pharmacy called dr Monday. Nurse called Thursday afternoon saying I needed an appointment, which I did not. Said prescription would be filled. Friday morning, pharmacy hasn’t heard. Went to dr said they’ll call me. 3hrs later I had to sit in the office and physically speak with them and threaten the BBB. That got immediate attention, they called it in immediately. They had absolutely no concern of my well being. My family will be going elsewhere.
What can I say about this amazing man along side with Ashley definitely amazing people. Dr.Lobitz is my primary Dr along side with my three kids. He is very kind, professional and never annoyed when I ask so many questions even if they sound dumb. He takes his time always. When my kids have got sick he never over steps boundaries of what is the right abs wrong thing I should do as a mom. He never puts me down even if maybe could of done stuff differently. I received a bill from service I received in 2017. When I called the office they told me they couldn’t help me and to call someone else. I spoke to a lady in billing. She was very rude and made me feel stupid for having questions. She also hung up the phone before saying anything closing. I am just trying to get answers and so far there has been no help from this office.
Blah. Horrible bedside manner with men. Spends more time looking at his watch. No patience listening to his patients. Yea, trust me man…..I didn’t want to come to that appointment for my husband as much as you didn’t want to see us. The feeling was mutual. And I’m certainly not the only one who’s experienced this after reading reviews.
He is our family doctor and I am so glad we found him!!!! He is amazing, friendly and more or less treats you like family. His Nurse Ashley is amazing as well!!!
