RecommendedI understand the frustration of the gentleman who had to wait for an hour or so for his appointment, while watching others, who arrived later, get in to see their doctors. But it's possible that his doctor ran into an emergency situation. In any event, some good things are worth waiting for and I would wait a long time to see Dr. Eakin or his staff. They obviously schedule too many appointments per day as I have never seen the doctor even closely on time with my appointment....My last scheduled visit was rescheduled 3 times and was told to arrive 15 minutes early to complete updated paper work... My appointment was for 9:15, I arrived at 9:00. At 10:00 I was still in the waiting room while patient after patient who had arrived long after me were seen. My time is valuable also and they don't seem to care about that.
Great staff and the doctors are amazing. They really spend the time to help get you the care you need. Especially great with kids too. All of our kids have gone to these doctors.
I have been going here for about 5 years now and have seen the doctor 1 time. It seems you have make a special appt. months in advance in order to see Dr. M.E Instead I have seen a PA each and every time who quite honestly treats you like a number instead of a person. They can't wait to get you out of there! ( Bring Christine back!) There is no communication whatsoever between staff.
