I really was impressed with the service when I made my switch for Meijer's to this pharmacy now I am left feeling very disappointed in the service and how inconsistent the quality of customer service has been for me..The blonde lady with glasses is absolutely terrible and rude..she gives incorrect information concerning your refills and it literally takes all day for them to process your order..I think I will try another pharmacy
My family always went to them for as long as I can remember, however I was forced to switch to a different pharmacy a few years back because Family Pharmacy started having constant issues with mine & my families medications. Either they were back ordered & never knew when they would get anything in, or they would keep changing with insurances they accepted.
