This place was amazing! I'm so thankful they helped my cat and gave me some useful information. Everyone was super friendly the second I walked through the door until the moment I walked out. I would highly reccomend this place to anyone and everyone.
I have spent many years trying to find a vet and vet clinic that listens. I can say that Family Pet Health truly listens and helps more than any place else I have ever found. Dr Steph goes above and beyond and so does all the staff. With her knowledge and help my animals would not be doing as well as they are. If you are looking for a Vet Clinic that really cares this is the place
I took my dog in with a bout of diarrhea and walking in her own to picking her up and she was walking very slow and lethargic. They said she had a gastro infection and the paper work said when it was cleared up about seven days. Within 36 hours of dropping her off and picking her up, she passed away. Their precious dr. Steph had the merve to tell me that she appreciated my loss. Really.???? Will mever go back and will not recommend this place to anyone. So sad..
We have fine here since my dog Penny was a puppy and love it! The staff is great, they are always friendly and truly care about the pets that go there.
I took my cat Zazzles to a different vet a couple weeks before and they wouldn’t do anything for her because she was “too difficult”..... I took her to Family Pet Center today and they got her shots updated, checked out a little eye problem and her ears no problem! They got me in and out in good time and answered all my questions. Everyone there was so nice to me and my little baby! Thank you!!!! �
I was searching for a holistic vet, and saw Dr. Stephenie's name. Then a couple people recommended her. I waited till my dog was older and not in good shape when I started going in August 2016. So wish I had done this earlier! I have no doubt that through Dr. Steph's care, my Cassie gained another year, and probably more. She is understanding, compassionate, and wants what is best for Cassie. She does things the natural way, and I love that she also loves essential oils!
I have been going to this vet since i was little. It was dr hofstrasrer. Probably spelled wrong. He was massive, but i was little. I loved dr Roush and dr opshal. They were awesome. Then i had to roll...ugh. but dr steph...AWESOME then dr rock, hes so cool and laid back then dr huffer so compassionate. So awesome there. Thanks so much for All the years of care. You too Barb� luv her the most.
