I love this office! Dr. Rock and the girls are.... The BEST!
FPHC treats each pet like a family member. Exactly the way I treat my dogs. The staff really seem to care about the dogs and cats, and not just about the money. They're patient, well informed, helpful, and kind. Our furperson likes the vet, a formerly unheard concept. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff at FPHC, they're all spectacular.
Highly recommend this office. We adopted a dog with a lot of anxiety issues and this office has gone above and beyond to help our dog. The staff is always kind, friendly, helpful, and compassionate. The vets are amazing as well.

Ever since my first visit, I've always recommended Family Pet Health Center, because I've never met such caring and understanding staff. Monday morning, I had to put my cat down, Tiger. Losing a pet is never an easy experience, but from start to finish, they eased the entire process. I've never encountered staff that has been so caring and empathetic. RecommendedI am shocked to see any negative comments about Family Pet Health Center........I have been going here for many years and the drs there are fantastic.......my favorite, of course, is Dr Stephanie Rensberger......because I totally believe in holistic medicine etc........she has taken great care of my pets and because of her knowledge they have lived for a very long time in spite of many difficulties along the way.
