I would not recommend this orthodontist office. They called me the day before to confirm my appointment, only to cancel it one hour before I was supposed to be seen. This is the second time this has happened. What makes it even more frustrating is that I’ve had a broken bracket for about three weeks and have been trying to get an emergency appointment. I chose Invisalign treatment here mainly because I wanted a more discreet option while working in a client-facing job. During the consultation, the orthodontist explained clearly that aligners only work if you’re disciplined about wearing them consistently. I respected that honesty because some places seem to promise unrealistic results too quickly. The dental hygienist was super helpful and nice, also did really well with my special needs kids however the dentist that was talking to us about braces was not so nice, argued, didn't listen and even compared my mouth to my nonbiolgical child trying to compare us! They gave my son the referral that was supposed to be for my stepdaughter but when I called to check I was told that no it was correct.

TLDR: Don't go here. Just. Don't. Terrible. Care. Front desk staff consistently have no idea what they're talking about. They will give you answers to questions that should come from the dentist but they don't even bother asking, they just give you incorrect information. *This was confirmed THREE TIMES by asking the doc directly*. Dr Num id horrible she does not know how to talk to her patients, one of the assistants even said she is hard to work with
