Exceptional Service & Genuine Care!!! This was my first visit to Santa Ana Family Optometry, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at an optometry office. From the moment I walked in, Johanna, the receptionist, was incredibly sweet and welcoming. She went above and beyond to help me navigate my insurance (VSP), even though it surprisingly didn’t cover my contact exam this year. One of the best optometrist offices I’ve been in. All the staff Was very helpful very friendly and the doctor was amazing. The doctor explained everything that he was doing and why and asked questions and didn’t rush me. He took his time to explain stuff so I understood. They also have a really good selection of high-Fashion frames. Would definitely Recommend family optometry they get a tin star for me Melissa O’Brien
